Refund Policy

We do not provide refund services. Once the deposit is paid, it is not refundable even you are not happy with the work half way.
If you are not happy with the work, deposit will not be refund and we will not collect the balance of total amount.

Order Confirmation

Once you confirm with the selected service, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming your order. A contract between us for the order of selected services will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us
Deposit/payment to paid as booking of a particular service, we will not take any responsibility for causing any delay of the job or availability of the designer when there is a late payment of the deposit.
When the work is confirmed, you are required to make full payment of the balance before we send the working file to you.
Once customer approved the artwork that send to printing, we will not take any responsibility on the mistake from customer side. For example, spelling mistake, page number, information, and mistake which not related to the printer.

We will only image stock from free resources or buy from an image stock website. If the customer does not provide own images and tries to get images from Google, we will not take any responsibility if there is a copyright issue.
All artworks that produce by us belong to our respective customers. We will input the work into our portfolio, please let us know if you do not wish us to post your product in our website.
